Dearness Allowance Hike News: The government has now changed the dearness allowance of these employees. The Department of Public Enterprises (DPE) under the Ministry of Finance has revised the rates of Dearness Allowance paid to CPSE officers holding below board level posts and board level posts. And on basic pay above Rs 3500 and up to Rs 6500 the DA rate will be 526.4 per cent or at least Rs 24,567 per month. When DA installment is released?

Installment of DA to CPSE employees becomes payable from 1st January, 1st April, 1st July and 1st October every year on the basis of price increase over the quarterly index average of 1099 (1960=100).
