District Tourism Committee and Road Safety Council meetings are held under the chairmanship of Rajkot District Collector to discuss matters including development of tourist spots and reduction of accidents. Both these meetings have been scheduled on July 15, Saturday, tomorrow at different times. In which relevant officers of various departments will be present.

Tourism works will be reviewed
According to the weekly list of the administration, the District Tourism Committee meeting will be held at Rajkot District Collector’s Office at 12 noon on Saturday. In which the tourism works under progress in the district will be reviewed. Also, important decisions are likely to be taken for the development of various tourist destinations. District Collector Prabhav Joshi has appealed to the committee members and concerned officials to attend this meeting.

Road Safety Council meeting will be held
A Road Safety Council meeting will be held tomorrow at 3:30 pm at the Collector’s office under the chairmanship of District Collector Prabhav Joshi. In which various matters including road safety vigilance, accident zones and public questions will be reviewed depending on the monsoon season. Some important decisions are likely to be taken in this meeting to reduce the number of road accidents. Officials of relevant departments including Road Safety Council Chairman, Traffic Branch, RTO will be present in this meeting.
