Ravi Pujari’s Sagarit Suresh Pujari is among the 11 accused in the incident in the police charge sheet. In this incident, the police registered a case under Section 307 and 506(2) of the IPC against Suresh Pujari.

Bail application of Suresh Pujari in Gujarat High Court
Suresh Pujari is in jail since 2017. Suresh Pujari had earlier applied for bail in the Sessions Court. A bail application was filed in the Gujarat High Court by Suresh Pujari’s lawyer Japan Dave, which was rejected. The bail application of the petitioner-accused was heard in the court of Judge Nirzar Desai. In which the accused was booked under IPC 307, 120(B), 507 and Arms Act.

Bail to 8 other accused in this case
Japan Dave told the court that the applicant did not fire. He was only present there at the time of the conspiracy. There is no proof of the allegations made in the police charge sheet. Accused may threaten witnesses while leaving
On the contrary, the Assistant Public Prosecutor argued that the accused was in touch with underworld gangster Ravi Pujari. The petitioner is involved in four such cases against the accused. He tested the weapons used to kill Pragnesh Patel. He is a threat to the society as he is connected with gangster Ravi Pujari. Accused may threaten witnesses while escaping.

Accused denied bail
After hearing both sides, Judge Nirzar Desai granted bail to the accused on Wednesday. It may be mentioned that Ravi Pujari was also brought to Gujarat earlier by the investigation agency in this case.
