Fenugreek head

-One cup chopped fenugreek seeds
-One cup millet flour
-pa cup sorghum flour
-One spoon gram flour
-One teaspoon of red chili powder
-pa spoon asafoetida
– Two spoons of curd
-One spoon of ginger-green chili paste
-One and a half teaspoons of garlic paste
– A spoonful of sugar
– Salt as per taste
– Five spoons of oil

Mix all the ingredients in a bowl with three spoons of oil and make a soft dough by adding water as required. Oil your palm and take some flour from it and make small balls. Heat a pan and add half a teaspoon of oil and roast 5-6 heads at a time on medium heat until golden brown on both sides. Hot fenugreek head is ready.
