A District Task Force Committee has been constituted for eradication of child labor in Panchmahal district. A task force was formed at Godhra by this committee. During Sadar Red, Sanstha Shri Khodiyar Kathiawadi Dhaba, Bamaroli Bypass Chowk, Baroda-Indore-State Highway, Godhra, Dist. At Panchmahal, four young laborers were employed. During the preliminary inquiry by the members of the task force committee, they were found to be youth workers. Actions were taken according to the rules by taking the statements of the organization employing the youth workers and the youth workers.

Panchmahal District Assistant Labor Commissioner M.J. Soni, Government Labor Officer P. K. Pushpandrakumar of Baria, Social Security Office Godhra, Child Protection Unit, Godhra Chirag joined. Sanstha Hotel Shree Khodiyar Kathiawadi Dhaba, Bamaroli Bypass Chowk, Baroda-Indore-State Highway, Godhra, Dist. In case of non-compliance under the Child and Youth Labor (Prohibition and Regulation) Act-1986 against the owner of Panchmahal, criminal cases were initiated against the organization and the three partners as per the rules.
