On June 14, a Nepali woman living in Ramzan Wadi in Chharwara area of Vapi in Valsad district was found murdered in her bedroom. In the morning, the dead body of the woman was found. After the Dungra Police team came to know about the incident, Dungra Police reached the spot and took possession of the dead body of the woman and conducted further preliminary investigation. A team of Valsad LCB thoroughly investigated the incident and found that a married man living in the upper room of the 40-year-old woman had killed her. Arjun Singh, a Nepalese resident of Ramzan Wadi, Charwada, Vapi, Valsad district, along with his wife Lakshmi Singh and 2 daughters, came to Vapi from Nepal 4 months ago to seek employment. who used to rent a room in Ramzan Wadi. A married man, Mohammad Sameem Mohammad Hakeem Rain, who lived in the room above him, repeatedly forced Lakshmi Singh to have an affair. Lakshmi Singh’s husband Arjun Singh was employed as a cook at Selwas’s Garden Hotel. On the night of June 13, Mohammad Sameem entered the room by knocking the door of Lakshmi’s room and started forcing his Lakshmi Singh to have an affair with him. When Lakshmi Singh refused to have a relationship, the enraged young man strangled Lakshmi Singh to death. The woman’s clothes were torn with a blade. And Mohammad Sameem Rain ran away from there. The whole matter came to light the next morning when Lakshmi Singh’s daughter woke up in the room. Arjur’s sister-in-law informed about the incident and the village leaders immediately informed the Dungra Police team. The Dungra Police team immediately reached the spot and conducted further investigation.
