The control room set up at the Mamlatdar office in Mandvi to deal with the Biparjoy cyclone disaster was equipped with equipment including satellite phones and walkie-talkies. On the other hand, work was done including delivering food packets to the shelter home.

15 thousand food packets and materials including milk powder arrived in the control room and were delivered to different shelter homes. Army personnel, RSS and other volunteer workers were helpful.
