Town Planning Committee Chairman Dewangbhai Dani said that an open space has been left on the fifth floor due to the design and its entry can be done from there. So it has been decided to give terrace rights only to the occupant of the fifth floor. However, he clarified that no construction can be done on this terrace and it cannot be used commercially.
