A meeting regarding Sensitization of Aspirational Blocks Program (ABP) was held at Limgamda village of Santalpur under the chairmanship of MLA Lovingji Thakor. Niti Aayog Aspirational districts Program (ABP) has selected 13 talukas of 10 districts of Gujarat state for the purpose of development of underdeveloped talukas. Under which Santalpur taluka of Patan district has been selected as Aspirational Blocks. In which, for the purpose of achieving accurate results, health, nutrition, making education more effective, health services, anganwadi services, health services for underweight children through nutrition, education guidance to upgrade teenage girls in school, etc. were discussed.

In the meeting, the MLA advised the mothers to ensure that 100 percent of their children attend regularly. Honoring parents whose children will attend school regularly 12, 13, 14 will be conducted in the school Pravetshow. Children who are regularly present will also be honored. Health and nutrition were also discussed in the meeting.

District Development Officer D.M.Solanki gave a detailed discussion on how Sakhi Mandals can become functional, provide loans, redevelopment funds and how Sakhi Mandals can participate in health, education, and nutrition for the development of their villages. After the meeting, saplings of rosewood were planted by dignitaries.
