1548 housing units will be launched and 1010 housing units will be inaugurated in the virtual presence of PM Modi on Friday.

PM Modi is going to inaugurate various housing schemes in the state on 12th. Under which 1548 flats of five housing schemes of Rajkot Municipality will be launched. So Bhumi Poojan will also be done for a total of 1010 houses worth Rs 5.50 lakh in Popatpara area in Ward No.3. Regarding this today, Mayor Dr. Pradeep Dove, Sta.Chairman Pushkar Patel and others gave the official details.

Launched in virtual presence of PM Modi
According to the received details, the e-publication of 1548 EWS-1 EWS-2 category dwellings constructed at a cost of Rs.119.86 crore by the Municipal Corporation and the e-dedication of 1010 EWS-2 category dwellings at a cost of Rs.119.05 crore on Friday 12th at 11 am. It will be done by Prime Minister Swami Auditorium, Raia Road in the virtual presence of PM Modi.

Housing was built on five sites
Under Pradhan Mantri Yojana by Manpa, Sorthiawadi circle has Rs. 528 at a cost of Rs.30.52 crore, 400 at a cost of Rs.28.33 crore at Dankot Road, near Mavdi Mukitdham and Rs. 620 houses have been constructed at a cost of 61.01 crores. These residences have been built on five sites at a total cost of 119.86 crores. which will be handed over to the beneficiaries.

Such a facility will be available
Apart from this, final plot no.12-A and 12-B in TP 19 in Popatpara area under EWS-2 category Rs. 1010 houses will be constructed at a cost of 119.05 crores. The Prime Minister will also start the work online. The price of this 1.5 BHK residence has been fixed at 5.50 lakhs. Forms for which will be released after some time. Thus, in the new financial year, another housing scheme for the middle and poor classes will start.
